Taylor is a Doctoral student studying Hispanic Literatures & Culture. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish at the University of California, Los Angeles in 2019, she obtained her California teaching credential and taught high school and middle school English before coming to Indiana University. Taylor's research interests include Latin American literature and culture, particularly 20th and 21st century literature of the Southern Cone. Other interests include dictatorship, gender, and Caribbean literature & culture.
