VT: Spanish Laboratory Phonology: Dialectal Variation
Prerequisite: Graduate students only

This course examines issues in the Spanish Phonological system based on speech data using instrumental analyses to document and understand the system.  The initial portion of the class will review general methods and techniques employed by Laboratory Phonology studies, followed by specific topics in the Variation of Spanish Phonology. Course may be repeated for credit when the topic varies.
