- Zoe Barnsfather (BS: Biology; BA: Spanish; Minor: Chemistry) was selected to attend the Catalyzing Advocacy in Science and Engineering (CASE) Workshop in Washington, DC in April of 2026. The CASE Workshop is organized by the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
- Emily Frey (BS: Psychology; Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences; BA: Spanish) received a Student Employee Award IU in November of 2025. In addition, in May of 2025 she received the Onward! Curtis R. Simic Scholarship for Leaders.

- Lucy Brown and Caroline Oates were awarded the highly competitive Kate Hevner Mueller Award.
- Madeline Danforth won the Herman B Wells Senior Award, the most selective and prestigious senior award that Indiana University Bloomington confers upon a graduating senior.
- Madeline Danforth and Matt Cinkoske were awarded Fulbright awards that will fund them to travel, live, study and teach abroad in Mexico during the upcoming academic year.
- Hayley Bunch (B.S.: Community Health; Minors: Portuguese, Spanish, and Global Health Promotion) was awarded the Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship Award, Brazil (2018).
- Sam Douglass (B.A.: Spanish; Minor: Portuguese) received the Global Professional Stamp for Multilingual and Multicultural Accomplishments Award, Indiana University (2018).
