We will emphasize a process-oriented approach to writing, including activities such as planning, outlining, writing, peer review, editing, and finalization. For academic writing, we will focus on examining stylistic (e.g., spelling accents, complex sentences, transition words) and grammatical (e.g., hypothetical clauses, relative pronouns, passive voice) topics that are essential to writing.
